We are very pleased with our service. Normally when you are given a window of time the attendant shows up at the end of the window, but Dave Atha was there right on time, and even could have been there earlier if we hadn't been working. It was an all around great experience. We would like to have Dave as our technician going forward.

I scheduled a plumbing job to be done in the Lewis Center Ohio home
Found loose connection in wires to humidifier.
I scheduled a humidifier check for Lewis Center Ohio
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked water pipes for leaks. Checked condition of t&p valve. Flushed sediment out of tank. Radon read 1.93pci
Checked operation of humidifier. Everything was working as it should. Let customer know humidifier will only kick on when call for heat it present

One of the nuts at the solenoid was loose, tightened down, ran humidifier 10 mins with no more leaks! Advising a maintenance package as ac has exited warranty.

Completed tank flush system is new radon test came back at .43 customer has mitigation system
